class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The 13th edition of the School of Infrared and Raman Spectroscopy for Cultural Heritage Applications is back, with theoretical and practical lessons from 11 to 15 November 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Theoretical lessons will focus on the illustration of the fundamental principles of the techniques in question and on the presentation of case studies.<br \/>\nPractical laboratory exercises on data acquisition, processing and interpretation will follow.<\/p>\n<p>This year's programme is enriched by a\u00a0<strong>contribution on chemometric treatment of spectroscopic data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The School may be attended in person at the \u2018La Venaria Reale\u2019 Conservation and Restoration Centre (CCR); those who wish will be able to attend only the theoretical lessons, mainly in the morning, in remote mode.<\/p>\n<p>The lectures, in Italian, will be held by experts from the JRC, the University of Turin, the ISPC-CNR, the Arvedi Laboratory of Non-Invasive Diagnostics at the University of Pavia and the University of Bologna.
