Director of laboratories of restoration at the Centro Conservazione e Restauro “La Venaria Reale” and Director of high school and study CCR “La Venaria Reale”. Restorer specialized in restoration of mural painting and decoratives elements. Michela Cardinali approached the discipline of restoration with Adriano Luzi collaborating on various works including the decoration in Cornaro Chapel by Gian Lorenzo Bernini (1647-1651) in Santa Maria in Santa Maria della Vittoria in Rome, the wall paintings (XVI century ) by Giovannni Ricci da Novara baptist chapel of the Annunziata in the Church of San Francesco a Ripa in Rome . in 1996 begins his studies at the Institute for Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage of Rome (ISCR), where she graduates in 2000 , on behalf of ISCR she works on the restoration of the mosaic (XII sec) in the apse of Santa Francesca Romana in the Foro Romano .
Since 2000 she works as an individual restorer and since 2006 , after having attended the course “Formazione per Formatori” at the Centro Conservazione
e Restauro “la Venaria Reale”, in collaboration with the university of Turin, she works as a specialist in restoration of natural and artificial stone (wall paintings, stuccoes, decorated architectural surfaces, mosaics, etc.) and paintings on canvas and wood panel . In the same year she starts working as a teacher for the University of Turin in degree course in conservation and restoration of Cultural Heritage. From 2007 caps different positions of coordination and responsibilities within the CCR.
In 2010 she obtains the degree in conservation of cultural heritage at the University of Tuscia. 
From 2013 to 2015 she was technical director for the CCR restoration interventions in “Galleria Carracci” at Palazzo Farnese, Rome.
