On Tuesday 4th of July, the opening seminar of the Workshop for practices related to a revised formulation of Beva 371 funded by the Getty Foundation through the Conserving Canvas Initiative will be accessible online.
The Workshop, which will take place at the CCR from the 4th to 7th of July and currently underway in New York for its first edition, will be dedicated to the new formulation of Gustav Berger's adhesive, developed in a project led by the Conservation Center of the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University in collaboration with the University of Akron's Polymer Chemistry and Polymer Engineering program.
