The Restoration Conservation Centre ‘La Venaria Reale’ (CCR) coordinates the technical and scientific activities of the project, directed by the Piedmont Region, aimed at strengthening skills in the field of cultural heritage conservation through capacity building activities and the exchange of know-how with the University of Pristina in Kosovska Mitrovica (Kosovo).

The JRC co-designs and implements the programme, consisting of a training phase at the Venaria Reale laboratories and an operational phase in Kosovo on a pilot site, with relevant activities and documentation.

The project promotes the transfer of skills in photogrammetry, non-invasive diagnostics and integrated 3D surveying, contributing to the strengthening of local capacities and the dissemination of results.
The H.Opes – Humanitarian OPErations Foundation supports activities in Kosovo, facilitating local coordination, institutional dialogue and community engagement.
