Inaccessible content

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Non-text content: There is non-text content shown to the user that does not have an equivalent text alternative.
  • C.9.1.2.3 – Audio description or alternative media type (prerecorded): For some pre-recorded multimedia, no alternative or audio description is provided;
  • C.9.1.3.1 – Information and correlations: In some cases, information, structure or correlations transmitted by the presentation of the pages, cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
  • C.9.1.4.1 – Use of colour: In no case has colour alone been used to identify a purpose or distinguish an information or function;
  • C.9.1.4.3 – Minimum contrast: The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, except for exceptions provided for in the legislation (e.g. logotypes);
  • C.9.1.4.4 – Text resizing: Some texts, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;

  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and labels: Headers and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
  • C.9.2.4.7 – Visible focus: The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements;
  • C.9.2.5.3 – Label in the name: For some user interface components with labels that include text or text images, the name read by the aids does not contain the text that is presented visually;
  • C.9.3.1.1 – Page language: On some pages the language is not defined;
  • C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions: In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires input from the user;
  • C.9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value: In some cases, user interface components (including: elements of a module, links and components generated by script…), name, role, status, properties and values are not correct or set, or the user and its assistive technologies are not notified when they change;
  • C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages: In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user so that assistive technologies interpret them without having to shift focus;
  • Some non-web documents (e.g. PDF) may not be fully compliant, to request an accessible version use the feedback system indicated in this statement
