Conservation and Restoration
The nine Restoration Laboratories of the Centre conduct study and design activities aimed at the prevention, monitoring, maintenance and restoration of cultural heritage. They are divided into areas of specialization and are the place where all educational activities are developed and monitored, according to the technical and scientific responsibility assumed by the Center.
As part of their activities, restoration laboratories promote applied experimentation and research on intervention techniques and materials. The data emerging from these study activities are enhanced through educational and training experiences dedicated to university students, professionals and a wider audience.
