The Fondazione Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro dei Beni Culturali ‘La Venaria Reale’ is subject to the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) for the award of works, services and supplies.

Pursuant to Article 25 of Legislative Decree No 36/2023, the Foundation has adopted the online purchasing platform, which can be accessed via the following link: www.acquistinretepa.it.

Economic operators interested in being suppliers of the Foundation must register on this platform, requesting the license or licenses for the categories of their relevance.

As of 1 January 2025, the acquisition activity shall take place exclusively through the procurement platform, in compliance with the principles of cost-effectiveness, effectiveness, impartiality, equal treatment, transparency, proportionality, advertising, environmental protection and energy efficiency.

Purchases made by cashier are excluded from the use of the platform.
