Whistleblowing

In compliance with Legislative Decree No 24 of 10 March 2023 (‘Whistleblowing Decree’), the Fondazione Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro dei Beni Culturali ‘La Venaria Reale’ (Centre for the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage) has adopted a system for managing reports, including anonymous ones, as provided for in that Decree.

The process is in line with the new legislation introduced by the Whistleblowing Decree implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions for the protection of persons who report breaches of national law.

To send and manage reports, the Fondazione Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro dei Beni Culturali ‘La Venaria Reale’ (Centre for the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage ‘La Venaria Reale’) implements a dedicated IT platform, which is the preferred channel for sending reports.
