Transparent administration

The Legislative Decree No 33 of 14 March 2013 “Reorganisation of the rules concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information by public administrations”, published in the Gazz. Uff. No 80 of 5 April 2013 and in force since 20 April 2013, intends to make information on the organisation and activity of public administrations accessible, in order to facilitate widespread forms of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources.

The Fondazione Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro dei Beni Culturali ‘La Venaria Reale’ (Foundation for the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage ‘La Venaria Reale’), in particular – falling within the category of bodies provided for in Article 2a(3) of Legislative Decree No 33 of 2013 – publishes the data and documents provided for by ANAC in Decision No 1134 of 8 November 2017.
