Exploratory notice of expression of interest aimed at finding restorers to support the pfp2 area, painted wooden and textile artefacts – carved wooden artefacts – wooden furnishings and structures – manufactured from synthetic materials processed, assembled and/or painted – as part of the JRC’s conservation and restoration activities

1. With this notice, the Foundation intends to launch an informal non-binding procedure for the search for restorers, for the establishment of a list of suitable external subjects qualified to the profession of restorer of Cultural Heritage for the cultural heritage sector. handicrafts painted on wooden and textile support – handicrafts carved in wood – wooden furniture and structures – handicrafts made of synthetic materials worked, assembled and/or painted, for the assignment of professional assignments in the context of specific projects, interventions and conservation and restoration sites that the Centre for the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage has started or intends to start.
2. The list of eligible candidates will be valid until 31/12/2026. Upon expiry, a new informal procedure will be launched to draw up a new list to replace the one that expired on 31/12/2026.
3. This procedural session, called for the creation of the lists referred to in point b, will end on 15/12/2025.
4. Candidates who are not considered suitable in this session of the procedure may resubmit their expression of interest at the next session.
5. The JRC invites regular monitoring of the site, on which the update of the ‘windows’ for sending will be published from time to time, until the expiry of the list referred to in point b.
