DIDEROT DRAFT ED. 2026/27

Also this year the Diderot project of the CRT Foundation offers students from all primary and secondary education institutions dI and II degree Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta and to the Schools of Children and the CPIA – Provincial Centres for Adult Education, the opportunity to deepen traditional subjects with innovative methodologies and to approach disciplines that are outside the narrow curricular field: from art to mathematics, from economics to computing, from lifestyles to addiction prevention, from English to contemporary art.

The objective of the Diderot Project – which over the years has formed More than 1,850,000 students – It is twofold: strengthen the basic teaching approaching students in a creative and stimulating way to disciplines not always included in curricular programs and deepen traditional subjects with innovative methodologies, spreading the founding values of civil society.

Participation is free for all schools, excluding the cost of any transport. 


INSIDE ART. CONSERVATION BETWEEN ART AND SCIENCE
In the school year 2026/27 we will be present with the Line 24 – INSIDE ART. Conservation between art, science and sustainability addressed to:

  • Secondary school
  • Secondary school

The line continues the commitment to make the importance of cultural heritage and its conservation recognized by promoting the preservation of heritage with some important innovations:

– the co-design with teachers to integrate the proposal into school orientation pathways, with a focus on technical-scientific pathways (STEAM);

– on active involvement of students to explore together planned conservation as a model of sustainability and circular economy looking at safeguarding cultural heritage as a collective responsibility;

– on interactive path in the restoration laboratories in Venaria in front of the works under restoration (activity reserved for 80 classes in order of arrival of requests)

Through play, comparison and active observation, students will be able to discover the skills of professionals, the technologies and tools used in the conservation of cultural heritage, deepening their materials, properties and factors of degradation. In addition, questioning the loss of wealth and motivating your choices will allow you to Turning experience into a real exercise of active citizenship.


ROAD SHOW AND REGISTRATIONS
As in previous years, a road show will be held to present the project, starting from in Turin on 18 September 2026 at 11.30 am at the CRT Foundation It will continue in the following days for all the provinces of Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta.

Registration will open on Thursday 15 October 2026 at 2 p.m. on the dedicated portal: teachers who will participate in the road show will be reserved a code to access the registration portal.
Acceptance of requests will be based on the time criterion for registration: as always, therefore, the timeliness of enrolment by each teacher will be a decisive element for their class to be accepted.
