The Interreg MAIN10ANCE project aimed to develop a working methodology and operational tools to assist organizations, professionals, and heritage managers in creating scheduled conservation plans based on sustainability.

The project also involved the establishment of experimental sites where advanced diagnostic techniques, traditional and innovative technical solutions were applied to develop best practices for the management, conservation, and maintenance of the Sacri Monti.
