The sideboard is a wooden cabinet made in the mid-1500s. 
The sideboard is kept at the Galleria Sabauda in Turin. 
The La Venaria Reale Conservation and Restoration Centre restored the cupboard in 2014.

Restoration

The restoration of the cupboard inv. 87 of the Gualino collection provided for chemical cleaning with different solutions of the lower band and parts where the wax layer was very thick and blackened.
