Jesus Among Sinners is a painting on canvas. 
The painting is a copy from a similar myth by the painter Paul Rubens. 
The painting is kept at the Galleria Sabauda in Turin. 
The Conservation and Restoration Centre carried out a maintenance (small restoration works) on the painting in 2014. 
The restorers cleaned the painting of dust.
They filled the color gaps with putty (plaster and glue layer). 
They painted the stucco with watercolors. 
Eventually they painted the painting to protect it from the sun's rays and dust.

Maintenance

The painting Jesus Christ and the repentant sinners, copy from Rubens, has undergone maintenance.
The intervention on the frame provided for the removal of dirt deposits with a soft bristle brush and vacuum cleaner. Subsequently, the plastering of the micro gaps of the gilding and the preparatory layers were carried out, then intoned with watercolor veils. On the painting was made a veiling with paint colors of the paper ribbon given on the perimeter of the front. A protective film was spread over the entire surface.
