Abstract of the intervention:
Restoration
The restoration of the 6 consuls, coming from the Ducal Castle of Agliè, provided for surface cleaning and structural revision. The operations began with the dusting of the surface with brushes and with the help of sponges to remove the most tenacious inconsistent deposits. A permethrin-based anti-moth solution was laid on the back. The slits were compensated with filzettes of the same wood species and resin. In addition, in some cases screws have been inserted on the back of the work to support the chodi.
