The portrait of Camillo Benso di Cavour is a painting on a wooden table. 
The painting was made in 1845-1850.
The painting is kept at Castello Cavour in Santena. 
The restorers of the La Venaria Reale Conservation and Restoration Centre restored the painting in 2014.
They have done the restoration for the arrangement for the public of the Cavour Castle.

The intervention on the portrait of Cavour is part of the restoration of the furnishings of the bedroom and study of Cavour of the Castle of Santena on the occasion of the refurbishment of the entire residence.
