The carpet produced in the laboratories of the Caucasus is kept at Villa della Porta Bozzolo in Casalzuigo. 
Villa Della Porata Bozzolo is an asset of the Italian Environment Fund. 
The La Venaria Reale Conservation and Restoration Centre restored the carpet in 2015. 
The restorers cleaned the carpet of dust with a small vacuum cleaner. 
They reinforced the damaged fabric parts of the sides. 
They sewed fabric behind the fringes to put the fringes in the correct position.

Maintenance 

The restoration of the carpet of Kazakh manufacture (Southwest Caucasus) was carried out in the laboratories of the Conservation and Restoration Center of Venaria. The intervention provided for the cleaning by micro-suction of the front and back of the carpet and punctual consolidation interventions of the degraded areas (stoppage of the fringes and integration of the selvages).
