With this notice, the Foundation intends to launch an informal non-binding selection procedure aimed at the recruitment of a person who will have the role of Expert in support of the strengthening and strategic development of the Foundation's Scientific Laboratories, in accordance with the principles of economy, effectiveness, timeliness, fairness, free competition, non-discrimination, transparency, proportionality, publicity and the principle of rotation.

This notice does not constitute a contractual proposal, so the Foundation reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the procedure relating to this exploratory notice and not to proceed with the assignment.
