DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT
Ordinary three-year cleaning service of all the premises of the building that houses the Fondazione Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro dei Beni Culturali ‘La Venaria Reale’ (Centre for the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage ‘La Venaria Reale’), divided into bodies A, B and C, including internal and external appliances. The cleaning service is divided into daily activities, activities scheduled every other day, activities on a weekly basis, activities on a monthly basis, activities on a quarterly basis, activities on a semi-annual basis, activities on an annual basis (ANNEX 1). Porterage service for a total of 240 hours over the three-year period; the activity will be carried out mainly in the building of the Fondazione Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro dei Beni Culturali ‘La Venaria Reale’ and in the internal and external areas.
CLARIFICATIONS:
The purpose of this letter is to respond to the clarifications received so far, as well as to provide data and elements useful for the formulation of the tender.
1. In accordance with the social clause on procurement, which obliges the successful tenderer to ensure employment levels by recruiting staff already employed by the outgoing tenderer, we will provide you with the data we have in our possession which may be necessary for you to submit and complete your tender:
a. Current contractor: DELUXE s.r.l.
b. National Collective Bargaining Agreement applied: Cleaning and Multiservices
c. Number of employees employed for day-to-day ordinary activities: 2
d. Framework: At the time of submission of the procurement documents (2019), the level for both staff was indicated.
e. weekly hours for ordinary daily activities: 40 hours (divided into 20 hours for each employee)
2. The auction basis of the previous tender was €126,000 (excluding security costs and tax charges); the tender was awarded for an amount of € 106 145.80 (excluding security costs and tax charges). Please note that:
a. the previous invitation to tender was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender;
b. the specifications of the previous call for tenders differed in part from the current specifications.
3. The total area of the spaces covered by this tender procedure is approximately 7 000 m2. The attached floor plans, already provided during the invitation to apply for participation, allow you to establish a precise measurement of the individual spaces.
4. There is no minimum number of hours for each of the activities required nor a minimum number of hours for the total activities; these must be carried out ensuring adequate quality standards of the service offered and monitoring according to the frequencies indicated.
5. The following consumables are provided by Fondazione Centro Conservazione e Restauro: toilet paper, towel paper, liquid hand soap.
