The Centro Conservazione e Restauro “La Venaria Reale” is a no-profit Foundation established in 2005 as part of the broader restoration works on the Reggia di Venaria Reale palace, and it is located in the former 18 th -century Scuderie and Maneggio, designed by Benedetto Alfieri.


The Centre comprises the following departments:

Other departments, including Programming and Development, Technical Services and Administration, support the Centre’s training, research and conservation/restoration activities.
The Centro Conservazione e Restauro hosts the Master’s Degree course in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage offered by the University of Turin, in collaboration with thE SUSCOR (University Structure specialising in Science for the Conservation, Restoration and Promotion of Cultural Heritage) and the Advanced Training and Study School (SAF).
