Guided by sector professionals, the visit introduces students to the most modern investigative and diagnostics technology applied to cultural heritage, and a hands-on view of the skill and care necessary for conserving our heritage.
During the visit the results of restorations in progress on the works will be presented, as well as the scientific research that accompanies these interventions, transforming them into veritable “knowledge building sites”.
The itinerary includes visits to two conservation laboratories installed in the superb spaces of the Scuderie Alfieriane at the Reggia di Venaria.
